Customized Tutoring Program Application

Please be aware this is only open to students not currently enrolled in Mount Carmel Academy. Spots are limited and hence first come, first serve.
If your student applies for a spot, there will first be an evaluation completed. Some students may not qualify for a spot based on those results.
Just like our Hybrid Program, students must have computer, internet and email access. This program provides tutoring in the core classes of English Language (reading, comphrension, vocabulary and fluency) and Mathematics.
Cost for this Program is $750 per school year (our school year runs September 1st to July 31st) plus a $50 testing fee. Upon receipt of application below, parents will receive an email containing instructions of how to pay the testing fee and, upon receipt of the fee, an email with instructions for the online testing service with a personalized log in. Once this testing is completed, parents will be notified if their student will be seated in this program as well as the result of the testing. Due to the limited number of seats. no seats will be reserved until tuition has been paid in full for the year.
